Mr David M. Davis (aka D.M.D)

David M. Davis was the choirmaster of the New West End Synagogue, London at the end of the 19th Century. D.M.D was one of the original editors/authors of "The Voice of Prayer and Praise" (aka The Bluebook) printed in 1899.

D.M.D was also a member of the sub-committee involved with updating the Blue-book in November 1931 for its Third Edition which was finished in August 1933.

Mr David M. Davis passed away on 30th November 1932.
